      The state of Oklahoma DMV keeps records back to the 1970's. Texas goes back to 1986. I did a owner history on my car which was a North Carolina car and the DMV goes back to the first NC registration. GOT LUCKY. Give me a call at 540-554-2309. I live in Va.           There is no Charles F Sanders nor Jon Fleak listed in the metropolitan Tulsa phone directory.

          There are few Fleak's listed, I will email you those listings.

          There is a long list of Sanders.

                  The Kansas DMV keeps owner resgistration history back to at least 63. I'm pretty sure they go back farther too. If you haven't gone through them, I would recommend giving it a try. It only $10.

                  I can email the form you need to send in later tonight if needed.

                              Tracy, I received the link to the Kansas form and will be submitting the information. Unfortunately, snail-mail is required and with standard turn-around it will like take several weeks to receive the results.

                                  Verle, Great work in searching for Fleak and Sanders in the local phone book. The four pages that you scanned will provide a good start in screening names and making a few calls. I really appreciate the effort required to scan and send pages. I will keep yourself and the forum posted on the results.

                                      I waited about 5 weeks. Because my car was purchased from a Kansas resident, I even got they original dealer location.

                                      Best $10 I ever spent.
