Radio Panel Date Code

Hi all,

I wanted to see if this is the norm for all 64 or others to have dated coded radio/vent panels. This is the ride side panel of my late 64. It appears to be June 16,1964 or it possibly looks like 1954 but I doubt it. Let me know if this is normal.
