Patrick, The blue / dk. blue standard (no leather) color combo was offered in 68. No one knows for sure the number of this combo. These combo numbers were not kept as far as anyone knows. You can only guess. You might try E-mailing your question to Reba Whittington. Look up her posts on the NDB to get her E-mail. She is the highest ranking interior Master judge in the NCRS and her specialty is 68-72 cars.If your combo is rare ,she'll know.

My 68 is International Blue with dark blue interior. Beautiful combination, but my seats appear to be leather which was not an option. MJ

Re: Dark blue #411 with #978 paint

Patric,.... Take good care of your #411 interior as the replacement fabrics are not even close to the originals. Most light blue 68's are seen with black or light blue interiors. I beleive the #978 paint (international blue) and #411 (dark blue)interior to be one of the least produced combos in 68. The silver one mentioned with the #411 interior also sounds like a low production combo. I can't say that I've seen any of that combo. A more common sight is White paint with a blue gut. Adding a matching hard top to #411 would add to the rarity.
