What is the size of the NYLON washer on the oil drain pan bolt? Can you get them at a FLAP store?

The nylon washer is 29/32" OD and 1/2" ID. These are usually available in the carded "Help!"/Dorman section of local auto parts stores.

My experience is that the plastic ones tend to leak. You might want to think about installing them for judging and using a “modern” one for the rest of the time. I found that this approach keeps the drips off of the floor and the comments from the wife down.
