You win the prize If I had one! Many people wonder why the 53-55 seats are so nice and wide and don't realize the body is. You Da man! Some guys wonder why their filler tube when building a basket case it sticks out to long. You must have seen that on some vetts?

Roy, this is one we talked about in Reno during Hot August Nights:'53 -'55 had the widest bodies as mentioned in a previous post...

Roy--
Don't forget that there is another filler neck for C-1's!!!!!! The 60-62 24-gallon tank cars had a filler neck that was a different bend than either of those two that you showed us.

Roy, I'm about two weeks out from primer/sealer/paint. Al Knoch interior is waiting for install... Wiring all here as well. Should be running by spring and not so nasty anymore. A lot different from last time you saw it. Funny. all the things I said I'd pass on just to get it running again got done. Figured once I had it completely apart,why not fix it all...
