If you're talking about front springs, all 1965 Corvettes except those equipped with F-40 suspension used springs GM #3851100. These springs had 12 coils, an outside diameter of 5-3/16", and a free height of 15-13/32". The wire diameter was 39/64".In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Re: 65 sb spring measurements
Joe: Thanks for the reply. Yes, I was speaking of the front springs. I parked my 65 next to a friend of mine's 66 sb car. My 65 sat higher. We compared front springs and they are obviously different. His are reproduction, while mine came on my 65. Looking at mine I can count 4-5 full turns of the coil exposed between the control arms. The diameter of the wire is approximately 5/8". I'm going to measure the diameter of the coil today. Is it possible my springs came on a car with A/C or a 396 car? Thanks DG- Top

For 1965 the same GM #3851100 was used for all applications, except F-40. So, whether the car had a small block, big block and/or C-60, it got the GM #3851100 springs unless it was equipped with F-40. 1965 big blocks often do ride a little lower because of the additional weight (some may have been retrofitted by dealers with different springs to correct this if a customer complained).
1966 small blocks used the same front springs as 1965, the GM #3851100. 1966 big blocks used different, higher rate springs (these are the ones that were retrofitted to some 1965's as described above). In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
