1955 original owner

Korean vet air force 85 years old bought this 55 new in L.A he's a friend near our town . He lost the original engine in 57 and had a Car 57 two barrel 283 engine in it that was worn out. I installed a GM 350 good wrench engine in it last week . Still drives it ever day. Original interior and Corvette but for the engine. Yes some people still drive them!!

With the torque of the new engine, you may be fixing the transmission. Sure hope I am driving my Corvettes at that age. He is just like his car, just doesn't look that old to me.

I might get deleted but I know the folks here love cars and this subject is about original cars I thought you might like to see these 2 Cobras. Just to qualify as Corvette related it does start with a neat interview about a 72 delivered with chrome air cleaner and valve covers from the dealer. Also check out the Colonel fast planes cars and women, talk about still driving when your pushing 80! a factory picked up Benz.

Yes! the web-master that runs this sight is a great guy and allows different subjects to be posted here , Hay! Me and my accessories have posted here so that shows me as long as we don't get to fare off the tech. Stuff no problem !
