    58-62 dash insert

Today I was planning on working on one of the last parts of my '59 car so we can finalize the dash-area and fit the window back on the car.

I've already found an excellent article of Joe Calcagno on the dash insert in the Summer '94 issue of the Restorer but I just wanted to check one thing which wasn't mentioned in the article: There is a dent on the back side of the metal holder of the dash insert. Should this dent be on the driver or passengerside? I was guessing the passenger side but I just want to be sure before I fit the assembly together...

    greetings,
    Rob

      Rob,
My '62 has the original and it's also on the passenger side.
