    C1 power steering

The power steering system offered by cranes corvette for my '60 looks tempting although expensive. There have been several references to the system in the archives but no specific recommendation for its use. Has anyone actually installed the system and have first hand knowledge of its use? Will it significantly improve the parking and slow speed turning problem or is it a waste of money without a real great improvment?
    Thanks.

I'm sure the power steering will help but so would the fast ratio adapter or having your steering box rebuilt with 49-53 chevy gears. Both would be a lot cheaper and a lot less work. Just my 2 cents

        Terry,

The fast ratio adapter will significantly increase steering effort, especially at slow speed.
