I know this has been talked about before but I have one question....
I seem to remember reading somewhere that in addition to the 69 rims having a slight green tint to them, the degree of green varied somewhat depending one which paint batch was used during the production run. Was this the case or did all of the 69 rims have the same amount of green tint?
I'll be prepping and priming my rims today, and tomorrow I'll mix a batch of argent silver with some green tint and shoot it on. I plan to add a few drops of the green as per an archived post but wonder if I should worry too much about under-doing the green. I'll keep a little of the untinted silver as a reference and I'm wondering if I should stop adding tint once I see a green tint developing or if I should go a drop or two beyond that so that it is obvious?
I know this might be getting too picky but I just want to get it right!
Thanks,
Greg Linton
