screw jack

I have a screw jack with a partial GM tag. The numbers I think I can see end with 958710. Can anyone identify this jack?

Hi Verle,

From my 53-79 parts book: Maybe "3"958710,Grp 8.820 a 53-79+ jack replacement for the original ones. I think these are still sold as replacements from GM. My 53-79 book says it's to replace the 3706350(original 53-61 SJ4653, my 53-59 book $8.85!), or the 3813730(?) or 3825993(?) and also to get the 3963108 jack stowage spring.
