69 427/390 rebuild performance with cam & pistons

Any input on what the impact on compression ratio and performance these key parts might have on a '69 427, 390hp engine that was rebuilt in the mid '80's? These items are off a reciept from the previous owner dated 1987:

    L2300F X030 Forged Pistons
    260 crane cam
    7208 timing chain & gears
    205-613 030/000 re-ring kit
    SH 6165 Cam Bearing
    Surface heads
    Resize 8 rods

      Don-----

The pistons are going to give you about 10:1 compression ratio, depending upon other factors like amount machined from original heads at rebuild or prior and thickness of head gasket used.

The Crane 260 cam is going to give performance APPROXIMATELY equivalent to the original L-36 cam.
