66 front rocker panel brackets; need rivet info

I need to replace the front rocker panel brackets on my '66. My originals are just to crusty and pitted to save. These brackets are the small ones that are riveted to the rear lower corner of the front fenders. The rocker panel bracket rivets look like pop rivets; they have a hole in the center on the wheel-well side, but the hole does not go thru to the back side as far as I can tell. Can someone recommend the tool I need to buy in order to attach those four rivets? Also, the only vendor that seems to call out these rivets in their catalog is Long Island Corvette. Are the LIC rivets more or less correct in terms of configuration from a judging perspective?

    Thanks,

    Gary

You see both pop rivets and flat head aluminum rivets.
