Hi people, bad news, just the other weekend, we were on our way to a car show and while waiting for the light to turn green, and when it did,we got rear-ended. Luckily I had taken my foot off the brake, so when we were hit at around 3 to 5 mph the impact was minimal.
My original 48K 75' rear bumper split in a couple of places. Nobody got hurt and none of the fibreglass panels nor the rear bumper shocks or under supports were damaged.
I'm waiting for a new eurathane bumper.
The strange thing is, they say " most accidents happen about a block from your home ". It happened. And by someone who lived across the street from me. Go figure.
I was so glad it was just the bumper.
