C2 Lower Splash shields

Hi,

The Large lower splash shields on my '66 are contoured along the edge of the frame so the they fit somewhat recessed. Did any come from the factory like this or were they all flat?

Ian,
I checked the splash shields for my '65. I imagine that they were the same in '66. The driver's side shield is completely flat. The passenger side shield has some upward curvature at the rear and frame side.

Anyone else have shields that are not flat? Mine for sure look like they came made this way and not bent from jacking etc.
