Does anyone make a RH reproduction wiper arm that uses the metal washer tubes? I have looked in Dr. Rebuild and it denotes discontinued.

The usual problem is not the wiper arm itself, but the brass washer tube, which is often damaged or missing. If you're missing the arm itself, then you're probably looking at used or "vintage" parts.
Maybe this isn't any help to you, but Paragon repros and sells the tubes, as well as the attaching plastic clips which are always missing, even if the tubes are not. The replacement tube is soldered to an existing metal bracket at the top end of the original wiper arm, then the plastic clips attach it to the rest of the arm. -
