I am looking at getting a C4 it is a 84 with a 4+3 trans. The interior is some what worn, especially the carpets. How hard is it on those cars to change out the carpet? Is it a big job?

Check out new seats and carpet at www.alknochinteriors.com. You can get everything. I replaced the rear carpet in my 85 because the sun damage to the carpet in 91. It was no problem, only wished now that I would of splurged and replaced it all in 91 so the color would be consistant between the new and remaining old. Did not know I would keep the car this long. I bought mine from GM, doubt that it is still available now. Don't see any problems in doing the fronts, just remove the seats like you would on earlier Corvettes. If you don't have leather seats in your 84 and like leather the best, easy to switch now.
