I own a '75 coupe that has the original trailing arm assys. The parking brakes have been disabled by previous owners and are no doubt siezed. I feel these assys no longer have integrity worth rebuilding. I'd like to just replace the whole kit'n caboodle. My question is: who makes the best valve for the buck when it comes to these assys.

I'd suggest Bairs in Pennsylvania. Send your whole assy's in to them, they'll re-use whatever they can so you dont have to buy all brand new, which is expensive, and the product they send you back will look and function like new. Make sure to send them your rotors, too.
