repo knock off fin width, old verses new?

I am wondering what is the fin width of the current "china" repo 63-67 knock off wheels. Also what is the width of the "usa" repos or did the vary over the years? Reason I am asking is I came across a set of bolt on's that look brand new but say "made in usa", the fin width is a little bigger than a older set I have. Older repo's fin= .284 in and, newer = .325. I searched the archives and could not find anything, but I know I have seen this. Thanks for anyones help.

I recently picked up a set of older Western Wheel repro and their fin width is .220 inch.

The thickness, length of the fin? Same thickness inside to outer edge?
Original, early repro., and current repro.?
Gap between the end of the fin and the outer rim?
Lettering on the back?
Any other differences?
