Is it possible to remove and replace the springs behind the rear hub on the parking brake on a '74? One of the springs is damaged and I'd like to replace it but it doesn't look possible with the hub in the way. Maybe I can work it through the holes in the hub? All advice appreciated! Jeff
Actually, this frame reinforcement for the kick up was done in late 1968 models. My '68 convertible number 226xx has these and I doubt it was the first. Yes, original frame with the original VIN stampings, and I have had it long enough to know no one has "altered" it in restoration as it is unrestored.
