    66 BB question

I understand that a 66 BB has the hood support on the drivers side and the 66 SB has the hood support on the passenger side.
Qt is: On a 66BB is the pass side inner fender have the three holes drilled for a small block hood support but they are not used? Hope I said this clearly.
Repeat: pass side inner fender. Hood support holes drilled or not drilled??

Hi John, Valve covers are GREAT!! On your question, those holes being drilled, Transistor ignition amp. mounted in the wrong place, plus other little things pointed a questionable history of the car being a big block 427/425hp????

Bill, Let's not be the judge of that. Not here anyhow. Our chapter did have a wonderful ops seminar yesterday though. More chapters should follow suit as it's not as easy as you think. Typically they put a couple of beginners on to do the ops when in fact they should put a good experienced judge along with the beginner so justice is done. Just like the training film said. NCRS has some really good training CD's. I hope we all get to see the rest of them.
You really have a low number. Must be older than I thought. JD

I didn't mean to be a judge, I was just stating a couple of things that are incorrect according to ncrs judging manuals and knowledge of known origional cars. On my low, number are you saying maybe I look younger than my number. I am not sure what brought me to join back in 1974, I think it was an ad in hemmings. But anyhow it has been a long time.
