Hi,
I have a '69 427/435 and am contemplating having the carb's rebuilt. Has anyone had any exeperience with Holley's service? Any recommendations on a good shop to do a 3x2 setup?

Not sure where you are located, but Chris' Carb Shop near Dayton, Ohio does a great job. He's seen a ton of tri power setups and knows them in and out. Give him a call at 877-498-2272. He's done work for me and I've had no issues in his service or turnaround time. Tell him I said Hi !

I had an original set from one of my '67's done and they never would idle, in spite of the fact that I kitted them again myself. Also, in spite of my written instructions to the contrary, they came back with a bunch of incorrect hardware, like hex headed bolts on float bowls, wrong gaskets that showed, white neoprene washers, and wrong fittings for fuel lines.

I still don't know why the damn things won't run right, but I had a new replacement set in the boxes that were about 10 yrs old, but never wet, and just bolting them on made a new car out of it by comparison.

i was allways told to never send them anything by some good sources so i never did.
