54 corvette hood latches

can any one tell me how many 54 corvettes had 2 inside hood release levers and how close to the car build date would the date code on the side curtain plexiglas be

Bob ---- I don't remember the serial number when hood pulls were changed from 2 individual pulls to a combined single pull, however, SN E45S1001362 that I owned at one time should have seperate (left & right) hood pulls. Unfortunately, it was restored with the single combined hood pul after I sold the car. As to your second question regarding side curtain plexiglass dates, I believe that NCRS accepts dates up to 6 months prior to the car's assembly date.
