I have a 1970 LS5 Convertible with the Bright Blue interior. I sent the seat belts to Ssnake-Oyl Products to be restored, and they cannot even come close to matching the original color.
They have what they call "Bright Blue" which is several shades lighter blue than the original, and then the have the later chrome bumper C3 darker blue.
They're telling me their bright blue is correct, but all my belts match, have the correct tags, and even the shoulder belts at the end of the reel are the same color.
You can look at the picture and see the original webbing on the right, the "replacement" bright blue in the middle, and the later C3 dark blue retractor cover on the left.
It looks like its right in between the colors they offer.
Does anyone have any suggestions on another seat belt restoration company?
