    c1 shifter linkage

Does someone know if an original '58 shifter linkage can be installed on a '63 to '65 muncie tranmission. The side casting number on the muncie is 3831707.
    Thanks Susan.

The shifter is fine but the rods are different. I've seen some that were cut, bent and welded. Looked like a lot of work. Rich

Paragon, as well as others sells a linkage set designed for Muncies in C1 Corvettes. Much better than trying to Bubba-fix T-10 linkage.

Not without changing the arms on the transmission, and also using the muncie shift rods. It can be done but it requires some creativity.
