OT, But How Do You Communicate with NCRS?

Sorry for the OT post but at least here I might get a response-

I've placed an order here for a few books just over a month ago but as of today, no activity on my credit card. I've tried sending emails at the address of on the 8th and 14th with no response. Any suggestions who to email to find the status of my order?

Hours are listed for the Cinn Office, and the Judging Chairman on the main page of this website. Also, contact information for all judging team leaders and officers are listed in the "restorer" magazine each issue.

Happened to me last year. If you do not get a e-mail confirmation, it did not go through.

Just re-order.

Every time I've ordered something, the response was exceptionally fast.

same here - I always get very swift responses to emails, calls are always answered and order normally arrive in Amsterdam, the Netherlands a week after it has been ordered. Also, emails reponses do come within a day so I guess this is unfortunatly a hick up.

I have had nothing but good results anytime I ordered or phoned the NCRS.
