The whole point is in this day and time of electronic communication and web sites you WOULD think that someone could have POSTED it in the calendar of up coming events. Regardless of member none member.
This site is some what antiquated in its format to begin with, other car clubs have much better structure. Even have a electronic type parts wanted and such. Yeah the old NCRS better get it in gear when it comes to websites as will soon get left in the dust. Cause this one is a some what rusty bucket of bolts compared to what else is out there in car club cyber space.

Kelly, I believe the POINT is if you are a member you received the information. It’s really not complicated. This is a great event and I will be attending again.
As far as your complaints about the organization and how we should “get it in gear” why not volunteer to implement some improvements and affect positive change. We are all waiting for you to take the lead, unless of course you are not a member.

Who says I’m complaining? Just pointing out high I see a antiquated web site as compared to others and car clubs on the web.
Been numerous post in the past how this site needs a parts wanted section, what is wrong with having a special section for parts wanted and for sale? And really what is the point of having a calendar if your not going to post up coming events? Might use that space for a parts wanted and for sale.
And no not everyone gets the mail in a timely fashion, if particularly they live in rural area. Hell most if not all the time I get my REGULAR magazines well after it is on the newsstand!
I know the organization says only a small percentage use the web, and that is why they don’t want a parts wanted section. At least that is my understanding of the matter. And no I’m not a member at this time. I thought about coming back in the last few weeks but now I’m not sure if and when I will rejoin. And had I seen something on a calendar that had up coming events, that I would have wanted to attend the event that would have been better motivation to send in the dues. And what, after this month the NCRS starts on this board where one has to be a member to post? So I don’t know, should I pay my dues? And get the driveline after everyone in the country gets theirs for parts and up coming events and pay my ISP and hang out at the antiquated web site? I’m still on the fence on this., have to keep on pondering this, hum, still not sure.

So, lets see if I have this right...NCRS has warts enough that it's not worth the annual dues, but if some things were fixed where you got the Driveline before everyone else, and the TDB was open for public posting with a "Parts for Sale" page, you would become a member? On the fence, eh?...Maybe we can tip you one way or the other. How about if we sweeten the deal by also paying for your ISP?
Hey John Waggoner, I've been wanting to ask...How's the changes to make this old "rust bucket" (His words, not mine ) closed to public posting coming along? Are you about ready to throw the switch? Aw, come on, give us a little peek, pretty please.
