c3 convertible top

my black convertible top is in very good condition. the rear window has become detached from the vinyl approx. 10" long. can this be repaired or is it terminal? any advice is appretiated. thanks.

I know of no way to replace the original thermo-sealed convertible top rear windows. I believe that aftermarket sewn-in window type tops can have the window replaced, but the top has to be removed from the frame. Given the cost of removing and replacing the canvas, I can't imagine who would actually go with a new window.

Rear window problems have caused the "death" of many otherwise good convertible tops.
