FYI, John, you can re-set NCRS DB cookie without leaving a telltale post on the board... The process is pretty simple.

Go to make a new post and fill out the data fields as you do now. But, don't actually enter the post. Find the button that allows you to 'review' your message, then hit the button that returns you to the board's listings. In other words, abandon the 'dummy' message as going through the 'review' process effectively downloads your cookie...
