67 Radio Side Panels

I'm a little confused as to how many holes should be across the top of the radio side panels in a 67 w/o air. I know there should be a spot for the flasher on the drivers side towards the front and a hole for the retaining screw near the radio on each, but beyond that not sure. Thanks for any comments! Steve

Only on the driver's side, there's one more at the forward upper corner that attaches to a U-nut on the heater outlet duct.
