    Actually, there's virtually no corrosion on this piece, although it might look like it in the photo. I think what appears as corrosion is some reddish "lint" as well as some of the adhesive that affixed the thin plastic band with the AC part number and "direction of flow" arrow. I do have the band, though, and it's in near perfect condition.
