Here is a picture from a 1965. Hopefully you can notice that there is actually a light blue stencil from the manufacture that lists the name of the company that is on the tank in several places.

Keith --- nice shot (love the glue runs). You are lucky to have this feature, as I believe only a few per truck (railcar ?) load of gas tanks had this identifier.
My late '65 has nothing (after carefully removing the grime while watching for stencil evidence).- Top
