    C2

Question : on the first ever Flight Judging in The Netherlands I found out that the trunk-cover-board whole in my '63 (early) convertible is located on the driver side. Most other C-2 (except for a '64 convertible I saw) had the whole in the board on the passenger-side. I now assume that a previous owner must have installed it upside down and also made a whole in the carpet on the wrong side. Also my board has a smooth and a rought side.
    My questions are :
    1) which side should the whole be on?
    2) should the carpet be attached to the smooth or the rought side of the board?
    3) the side the sticker(s) go on is answered with the oppossite side of the answer on the second question, right?
    4) does anybody know of a carpetsupplier that would sell me only the trunkboard carpet (black) and not the entire set?

    Re: C2

For a 67....... don't know about 63, but catalogs indicate "one size fits all"

The hole should be on the passenger side, (assume lefthand drive).

The smooth side should have the stickers on it, carpet glued to rough side.

Al Knoch interiors might sell you just the carpet piece. Contact them at www.alknoch.com. Perfect color match might be a problem.....

The aftermarket stickers are not exactly correct, so if you can use the original board/stickers it might be beneficial.

This is a photo of an original board for a 67 coupe.

Agree with Steve, if you want some pictures of a 64 email me at akdselectman@hotmail.com These pictures show location of stickers, but they are long gone. I have seen these on both sides of cover

        Steve / Alan,

        Thanks for your helpful replies.
It's still difficult to find this piece of carpet (without) buying a complete set. I have a whole in my carpet on the driver side. I have tried AlKnoch and Ebay, any suggestion ???
