I'm trying to source the original dealer for my'70 LS5.
My tank sticker is too faded to read this info.
What other leads can I pursue?
VIN?..Protecto-Plate?......????????

You should go to your local library and ask them if they know of some one who you can contact about restoring the tank sticker. When I purchased my car the only thing you could was "ORDER COPY". Now I can read 95% of it. I found a woman in San Deigo who was a wiz at this type of work. Good Luck, Dick

Try FourCee investigations. I used them a couple years a go or so and they found the date my car was shipped (feb/67) to what dealer and the dealerships name and address. Not sure if you will be as lucky because most dealerships are no longer under the same name/management/exist.
