Re: C2 vibration
I'd look at the bushings and bolt where the diff nose bracket attaches to the frame crossmember, especially if poly bushings were used (they aren't the right thickness - too thin - and don't have the molded-in sleeve that isolates the bolt from metal contact with the bracket or frame).- Top

Re: C2 vibration
Check U-Joints
Does it feel like a rolling vibration - If so there are two unthinkable things. A U-Joint is missing a rollers. Or worse yet you have a bad axel bearing. You should be able to remove drive shaft and rotate parts and feel the bad bearing.
Don't over look the rear bearing in the transmision. It simple and the first thing to check.- Top
