64 Coupe shock absorber color

    64 Coupe shock absorber color

    I have heard the shocks on a 64 s/b gray, but also heard they should be black. Which is correct? Appreciate any direction you can give.

      It you look through Noland Adams book a number of production shorts of 64 are shown which leads me and others to believe the shock SB black. I did not get a deduction at the Nationals for black, however it wan noted. The next JG is due out soon (hope hope hope) so lets see what is expected. Would suggest to leave it the color it is today.
