68 427/435 fuel line

Need clarification on fuel line for a 68 435. Having arguement here in Australia I believe they ran a single fuel line only, but other people seem to believe that they ran a return line. I disagree. Thank you for your help, regards Tom Maskrey

You are correct. Cars with Holley carbs did not have a return line. Q-jets did.

67 68 69 435hp cars only had single fuel line. I know because I had a numbers match 69 435hp car. How's the weather down under. Sure had fun there many many years ago when the wife, myself and 4 other friends spent 4 weeks traveling from Sidney all the way up to Cairns. Didn't do the bungie thing which I should have but all in all a fabulous country to visit. Would like to do another visit one day. Didn't hit any Roo's but we were looking for them. Take care. Grant

There are some 1968 435 HP cars that have dual fuel lines. They're the ones that started life as 390 HP cars, grew up, and became 435 HP cars.
