A quickie question

I'm purusing the vendor rags for the rubber supply and vapor return lines up at the pump and filter.

What sizes are these lines respectively supply = ??? Vapor = ???

I know it's a tough one, but someone has to challenge you folks every now and then.....

I'd forget about what size the rubber was and look for catalogs that have 'correct' S-shaped hoses to service the fuel pump. These were specially formed to thwart the potential for the lines collapsing under fuel flow surges....

I had a chance to look over my steel lines when I got home last night and it appears that the supply line is 3/8" and the vapor return is 1/4" Or do I have them turned around?

The filter assembly is M.I.A. so I'll assume that there is a 1/4" line from the filter to the steel return line......according to the pictures anyway

The books aren't very clear, especially since they don't make an exact replacement filter any longer. I guess it's a configuration thing that makes the non-O.E.M. replacements different.
