It is not mine. I took the picture in Mike Yager's restoration shop at Mid America". It came on one of the styling Corvettes he is restoring.

Two bar spinners are on at least one car shown in 1963, parked at (we believe) Waterford raceway, in MI.

I've seen the photo on c2registry.com; I will look for it.

I didn't look at the wheel that close. I know of all the discussions and strong feelings about 2 bar spinners on Corvettes and thought this was interesting.
