06 Z06 GM VIS system printout

Car is a 2006 Z06. Built May 2005. WD1- Pilot Vehicle.

On the GM Vehicle Inquiry system summary it read in teh Vehicle Infomation section the following.

Second column, BARS Oder Type;, 81 - Dealer Used Car(CVMS Use). What does CVMS mean?

Thenthenext column for Delivering Dealer is all N/A I suppose becuase it's a WD1- Pilot vehicle.

Any info appreciated.

CVMS means it was used by GM or a dealer for whatever there needs were .These cars are sold through the auction. I won the use of a new Corvette in 1996 .I put 20,000 miles on it in a year. I had the option to buy it after the year but did not . It went to the auction and was sold as new with 20000 miles because it was never titled. The zo6 could have been a test or show car or a zone or demo....Bill
