Arrempting to buy a vacuum fitting

What will I be running from the vacuum fitting off the intake?

    Distributor?
    Carb?
    Main vacuum line?

If that's the case, what sizes should I be shooting for?

    Thanks for any assistance,

    Chuck

    Chuck-----

You don't mention the specific application and that makes a lot of difference. However, if you are talking about the vacuum fitting on the intake manifold, I'd suggest checking out the vacuum fitting pictures in the Paragon catalog (I thought drawings were in the Dr. Rebuild catalog, but I couldn't find them) and selecting the one you need for your application.

Re: Attempting to buy a vacuum fitting

First thing I should do is learn how to spell "arrempting"! Jeesh!!

Thanks to my AIM I can see that the distributor used to pull it's vacuum off of the carb.

So now I'm looking for a take off for the distributor and main vacuum lines I guess.

Thanks for the hit back Joe.
