I'm preparing to change out the vacuum hoses (headlight,wiper,ect) I bought a kit through Dr Rebuild. Looking for any advice to make the job easier.

Been there done that. I recommend that if you find some loose tubes that go to the front headlights, leave those in there. The replacement kit will not have them. You may be tempted to take the originals out since they go nowhere, but they are for an optional headlight washer. Leave them there.
Otherwise, have fun and take your time.
