    The only modification you really have to make, that will need to be repaired is cutting the fiberglass on the front, lower part of the body for pipe clearance. They make a reproduction piece to repair it. The rear area does not have to be modified. Regarding the noise...if you drive your car occasionally for 20 minutes or so the noise is cool. If you drive your car on a regular, semi-daily basis for more than that, it can get to you. If you know someone with a side exhaust car, do yourself a favor and take a long ride and you'll know if it's for you. As Mike said, the parts are really expensive now.
