63 Drive Shaft Dimensions

I bought a used drive shaft from a Corvette dealer. When I compared the used one with the one from my car, the yokes are 1/2" wider. Does anyone have the dimensions of a correct 63 drive shaft?

The driveshaft used for ALL 1963-67 Corvette applications as well as 68-70 with manual transmission had the following dimensions:

length, end-to-end------------------------31-1/4"

length, yoke center-to-yoke center--------30"

yoke width---------------------------------3-1/2"

tube diameter------------------------------2"

The driveshaft which you have sounds like the 68-70 with THM and 71-79 ALL driveshaft. This driveshaft has the following dimensions:

length, end-to-end-------------------------31-1/8"

length, yoke center-to-yoke center---------29-3/4"

yoke width---------------------------------4-1/16"
