    '62 Fuel pump help

Bought the rebuild kit and have the fuel pump ready to rebuild. Of course the ST-12 has no info in it. So I turned to a "Motors" manual. It has little to say about it. How do all the little items come out of there? Are they pressed in? How do I get the plugger(?)out of there? Has to be a good reference some place.
