C3 427 brass AC Expansion tank

I have a 69 427 390hp with AC. My problem is that the Expansion tank is dented up and totally failing. I have seen these on ebay, one that was listed about 6 months ago for $450. I have recently found another and the guy wants $250 for it with no guarantees. What is a reasonable price and does anyone make these, they seem very hard to come by.

DeWitts now reproduces these supply tanks. They cost about 275 bucks WITH A GAURANTEE AND THEY ARE NEW. In my mind, the only way to go. Period.

I have not seen this DeWitts tank but I have seen other DeWitts reproduction items and they have been very good. I would give it a try...of course it is not my money.

I did buy a DeWitts radiator and it is very accurate.
