      Richard, I'd see if I could talk to the person and get details, are engine and trans original? What about frame rust? Most of what you need is available used or in repro, what would you like the car to be? Driver or 100% correct or in between? Looks pretty complete...But maybe more pics and a call could help you decide.

          Richard, I bought my 54 in 1989 and absolutely LOVE it. I spent way too much money on it over the years, but looking back I'd do it all over again. Just make sure the body is not too badly patched and the frame is good. Does it have the orig 6? All gauges and seats?
