C-2 tire question???????

Is a 760-15 Firestone Deluxe Champion blackwall tire or a 775-15 Red Line tire correct for any midyear. Thanks!!!

Only red line in 67, size is right, not sure of manufacture but I think Firestone was a supplier.

Prior to the first use (1965) of the new size convention that included 7.75-15, all Corvettes back to '53 had 6.70-15s. The next three larger sizes from that era was 7.10-15, 7.60-15, and 8.20-15, and until the introduction of 14" wheels on some models in the late fifties, virtually all American cars used one the these four sizes.

7.60-15's were never used on Corvettes. 7.75-15's were used on all '65-'67 Corvettes, and redlines were available in '67.
