    old jacking question revisited

I have searched the archives but cannot find what i am looking for.Awhile back i asked what is the best way to jack up the rear of my car to put it on ramps.I can't remember who posted the pic of the block of wood that they put on the jack to fit on the rear spring bracket. If it is possible could that person post it again for me.Thanks in advance

I believe Joe Lucia posted that picture. I had suggested using two floor jacks one on each side of the frame.

Hmmm, a while ago I swapped 4 new tires on my 59(trucked them to the tire shop for changeover vs driving there). I only had 2 jackstands for the front, so I set those then jacked up the rear under the center of the diff using my big floor jack with a wood block under it. Got the rear way up, which would allow ramps to go under too I'm sure.
