67 Clock Markings

What would " O 5 17" mean in black stamped on the back of my clock? It might also be a "D" instead of an "O". Thanks.

I think it's a Julian code for the 51'st day (Feb 20) of 1967.

My '68 clock is stamped 3457 (late December 1967), which is correct for my car.

That would make sense since my car is an April build date. Good. I kept trying to make the "O" October. etc and just couldn't figure it out. Thanks.
